History
Lexington is a city in and the county seat of Davidson County, North Carolina, United States. As of the 2020 census, the town had a population of 19,632. It is located in central North Carolina, 20 miles (32Â km) south of Winston-Salem. Lexington is part of the Piedmont Triad region of the state.
